Sensory Splash (3 months – 1 year)

Our Sensory Splash classes are the perfect introduction to the water for babies aged 3 months to 1 year. Rooted in the STA Swimming Pathway and guided by Aqua Sensory Swim techniques, these sessions focus on creating a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for both parent and baby.

Through gentle movement, songs, and multi-sensory experiences, babies are encouraged to explore the water in a way that supports their natural development. Each class is designed to promote:
• Bonding between parent and child through close contact, eye connection, and trust-building activities.
• Water confidence by introducing babies to floating, gentle submersions, and safe holds in a playful, pressure-free way.
• Sensory stimulation using light, sound, touch, and water play to enhance cognitive and physical development.
• Early aquatic skills that lay the foundation for the next steps in the STA Learn to Swim framework, such as balance, breath awareness, and safe movement in water.

Our highly trained teachers provide a supportive and baby-led approach, ensuring every little swimmer feels secure, happy, and ready to splash their way through the exciting world of water.
