Our Parent & Toddler Splash classes are designed for children aged 1–4 years and their grown-ups, offering a fun, safe, and structured journey through the water. Following the STA Swimming Pathway and drawing inspiration from ISR self-rescue principles, these sessions nurture water confidence while gently introducing life-saving skills.

With a balance of guided play and progressive learning, each class focuses on:
• Water safety foundations – encouraging children to safely enter and exit the pool, hold onto the side, and respond to simple safety cues.
• Independent movement – building confidence through floating, gliding, kicking, and the first steps towards independent swimming.
• Self-rescue skills – inspired by ISR, toddlers practice turning onto their backs, breath control, and finding a safe floating position.
• Parent–child connection – fun songs, games, and partner activities create a supportive learning environment while strengthening trust.
• Progressive aquatic skills – following the STA framework, children gradually develop essential swimming techniques and confidence to prepare them for independent lessons.

Led by qualified instructors, these classes are child-centred, playful, and safety-focused—helping toddlers grow into confident, capable, and happy little swimmers.
